This annual event brings together meat producers and companies that supply the meat trades in an intimate industry specific trade show which was held in Niagara Falls on October 25th and 26th 2019. The event culminated in a Red Carpet Awards Dinner attended by over 300 guests.
PigOut Roasters has been supplying butchers and meat markets across North America for the past 10 years with the fully automated propane pig roaster including companies such as Highland Packers, a local owner who has 5 roasters. Highland uses the roaster to make porchetta for the in store deli counter and cooks whole pigs for his wholesale clients. On weekends throughout the summer the pig cookers are rented out to DIY pig roast enthusiasts. Owner of Highland Packers.
